Initialization::

Create non-empty Git repository for test::

Checkout::

  $ vb checkout branch-a
  $ ls .vb
  branch-a
  $ vb checkout branch-b
  $ ls .vb

Merge::

  $ vb merge branch-a branch-b


Delete::

  $ vb delete branch-a
  $ ls .vb
  branch-b


Sync::
